Like most everyone today, it’s hard to distinguish day from night, what day of the week it is, or when was the last time you took a shower. A short time ago, everything had new meaning from what we knew. Everything was something vs nothing. Everything had color, light, promise, and crunch. Today’s lack of texture, and soggy vibe along with isolating monotony can feel colorless and beige. Here are some ways flip what feels depressing, to decompressing.

Add one new ingredient to your morning meal. Change it up. Hum a tune, and take each bite focusing on 3 words of gratitude. Adding cheese to ramen, is one of the best inventions yet. And just a few cents per noodle and yodel. Maybe next it’s kugel! La’chiem!

Look at one thing you’ve discovered by way of “beauty regime” that you can build some comedy around. ie; My roots are so bad that I bought a box to die my grays back to brown, now my whole head is maroon.
